Streamlining lead capture for Telecom Franchise.

The Problem

A national telecoms business were struggling with how to manage the lead capture and management for new enquiries to their franchisee business during a period of rapid growth. This meant that they were manually trying to handle multiple enquiries by multiple employees within an email inbox which led to an inefficient process and possible duplicate communication.

The solution

After an initial meeting to discuss and understanding the requirements the system needed, we were able to implement a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system directly in their website. This included custom fields specific for their business and lead capture forms to easily gather new data directly into the system.
